Lemon Tart

Inspired by a tart that Melissa ate at Tartine Bakery in San Francisco, this tart has a crisp, buttery tart shell filled with rich, silky lemon cream and garnished with white chocolate shavings. Our tarts shells and lemon cream are made with real butter. We use organic lemons in all of our lemon desserts.
